QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control as a supervisor or researcher of work carried out by operational engineering to obtain perfect quality standards. Assist managers in ensuring that all technical details are implemented as requested, ensuring guest satisfaction consistent with the Company's mission, through planning, organizing, directing, project control and operational maintenance side.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Chief Engineering to provide fast, accurate work solutions with perfect quality and efficiency in time, energy, costs and materials
- Monitor all developments in the Engineering program
- Check and record all Work Order developments
- Ensure that all engineering work results are of perfect quality
- Analyze and collect data on all programs carried out by Engineering
- Ensure that all materials or ingredients used for engineering operations are of high quality
- Audit the suitability of all Mechanical Electrical, Slide and civil assets
- Audit Toolkit and safety control Engineering
- Organize non-conformity reports if deviations occur
- Update Engineering SOPs
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational engineering inspection results to the Operational Manager, General Manager and CEO
- Cooperate and maintain good relationships with fellow employees and superiors
Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management in the hospitality industry
- Strong Project skills
- Ability to develop and provide training for team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or related field
