DO YOU HAVE AN ON-SITE PARKING FACILITY?

Waterbom provides private, off street parking for our guests however based on business levels we can't always guarantee availability. To ensure the safety of all guests Waterbom reserves the right to inspect any vehicles prior to allowing entry.

Our parking areas are closely monitored by our professional security team however we recommend no valuables are left in your vehicle and Waterbom does not accept any responsibility or liability for any theft or damage to guests vehicles or property while in the car park.

DO YOU PROVIDE ACCESSIBILITY FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES?

Waterbom Bali extends a warm welcome to all guests! We do our best to make sure our main park areas are wheelchair friendly and accessible for our guests with disabilities. Wheelchair access (wide paths and ramps to assist) is available at all pools, toilets & showers, food and beverage outlets, and retail shops at Waterbom.

Please note that due to safety restrictions and limitations in access to our slide towers (all stairs), sliding may not be possible for guests in wheelchairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You are still welcome to enjoy our Lazy River and main pools and areas you are able to access. When is the best time to visit Waterbom Bali?

With rides and attractions open all year round, it is always a great time to visit Waterbom Bali. If you want to visit when the number guests fairly low, plan to visit at the weekend during February through April or October through November. The benefit of visiting Waterbom Bali when the number of guests is low is the waiting times are shorter.

What attractions are suitable for my child?

Children can enjoy a fun-time at our AquaPlay water playground, with plenty of fun features across several levels and climbing platforms – kids can interact with jets, water sprays, and tipping bowls, plus the iconic giant dump bucket is a crowd pleaser! Suitable for kids from toddler up to 16 years old, children under 6 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Height restrictions apply, toddler slides, max height is 130cm, and minimum heights for our teen slides at AquaPlay is 80cm. More information indicating any rules and restrictions for each attraction can be found in our Rides page.

What should I wear to Waterbom Bali?

For the best experience, we recommend comfortable swimwear such as swimsuits, rash guards, or swim/board shorts made from materials like lycra or spandex so you can enjoy all of our slides.

To help keep the slides safe and running smoothly, the following items cannot be worn while riding:

• Swimsuits or boardshorts with metal decorations, zippers, or drain holes (you may be asked to turn them inside out or remove them).
• Loose clothing or accessories (such as outerwear, large T-shirts, or baggy clothes) and eyewear (reading glasses or sunglasses).
• Clothing made from materials such as jeans/denim, cotton outerwear, sportswear, embroidered or laced cover-ups, or parachute fabric.

These items can damage the slides or create snagging hazards during your ride.

Footwear

Water shoes or aqua shoes (both soft-sole and hard-sole styles) are welcome and are great for walking around the park.

However, footwear cannot be worn on the slides. The soles can create extra friction on the slide surface, which may slow riders down or catch on parts of the slide and affect the ride. To keep everyone sliding safely, we ask that any shoes are removed before riding.

Shoe racks are available at the base of our slide towers so you can leave your footwear before heading up and collect it again after your ride. Items left on the racks are at the guest’s own responsibility.

Where should I go if my child gets hurt or needs medical treatment?

In emergencies, please contact our lifeguard or staff member straight away. You can find our First Aid near the Smashdown Locker. Please ask any staff member for assistance with directions.

I have limited internet access. Is Wi-Fi available in the Waterbom Bali Park?

Yes, you can access our Wi-Fi at lobby and restaurant areas.

How do I make transactions inside the park?

For guest convenience and safety we apply cashless payment system inside the park. A wristband called "Splash Band" will store credit information to be scanned whenever guest makes any transaction. You can deposit your money into the Splash Band and if you did not spend all of the credit, we will simply refund you on your way out.

Are there lockers available for rent?

For your convenience and safety, lockers are provided to protect your valuables. With both regular and family size options we have your storage needs covered and with three locker locations around the park you won't have to be walking all over the park if you need to access anything.

Are towels provided?

Towels are available at each of the three locker hire areas.

Are there shower facilities in the park?

Shower are available at Main Locker Area, Kiddy Area and Tropical Area. Please ask any staff member for assistance with directions.

What types of restaurants are in the Waterbom Bali Park?

Waterbom Bali has four restaurants and three bars offering specialties and a wide selection of food. Waterbom Bali with M&M Concepts are committed to providing quality comfort food, fresh seasonal produce, responsibly sourced and made daily, by hand from scratch.

Are the vegetarian and vegan options available in the park?

Yes, we have some options for vegetarians, vegans, and special diets. Waterbom Bali designed their menu to provide quality comfort food with something for everyone. If you have a unique requirement that’s not available on their menu, do let them know prior to your arrival and they would be happy to assist in any way they can.

Where can I find Halal food in the park?

We have a pork-free zone at Wantilan food court.

Are there age, height, weight or any restrictions for the slides in the park?

Yes, please find out more under the “RIDES & ATTRACTIONS” page on our website, waterbom-bali.com. For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride on slides.

Can I bring in outside food and drinks into the park?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed to bring into Waterbom Bali Park. Only mineral water bottles are allowed to be brought in, maximum 1 bottle per person.

Where can I store my outside food and drinks?

You can store your outside food and drinks at our Guest Relation Counter in the lobby.

Am I allowed to take photographs within the park?

Yes! You're welcome to capture your Waterbom experience and take personal photos or videos in any open areas of the park.

For safety reasons, filming with your phone or camera on slides is only permitted on selected tube slides including Boomerang, Python, Tailspin, The Drop, and Constrictor. If using a phone, a waterproof case with a neck strap is required. For GoPro, Action Cam, or 360 Cam, a head strap is required for safety reasons. Our team will ensure it is properly secured before you slide. Chest and wrist straps are not allowed. Other GoPro accessories are also prohibited.

Please note that large DSLR and mirrorless cameras are permitted for personal use; however, lenses longer than 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) are not allowed to be used inside the park. Our team reserves the right to restrict usage due to the comfort of other guests. Video production equipment and drones are also prohibited.

Can I smoke inside park?

For the comfort of all Guests, smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Please ask any staff member for assistance with directions.

On entering Waterbom you are accepting all of our terms and conditions listed below:

• Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Waterbom takes all care to ensure a safe environment however Waterbom assumes no responsibility for any injury sustained through any means within the park. Waterbom Bali may provide assistance however this will not be an implied admission of liability in any way.
• Waterbom encourages all guests to secure their valuables at all times. Waterbom assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
• Entry and access to use of services and facilities is governed by the inclusions listed for the ticket type purchased.
• Waterbom reserves the right to use any photograph/video of any guest captured within the park for promotion purposes without any additional approval or consent from the guest or compensation to the guest.
• Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances.
• Gazebo bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be rescheduled (subject to availability) up to 48 hours prior to visit date. If guests do not honor their gazebo booking on their scheduled visit date, there will be no refunds or rescheduling and the gazebo booking will be forfeited.
• General Admission 1-Day tickets entitle the ticket holder to access the park and use all slides and pools only.
• Unless specifically stated in your ticket inclusions, the following services and facilities are charged separately: Towel hire, Lockers, Gazebos, Water Blaster, FlowRider, Spa Services and Food & Beverage.
• Pass outs for same-day re-entry are permitted.
• Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• No outside food or drinks can be brought into the park.
• Pets are not allowed into the Park.
• Use of Waterslides are not allowed for the following guests:
  • - Those knowing or suspecting they suffer from chronic health conditions or an impairment which could place them and/or others at risk of injury
  • - Those who have recently undergone surgery
  • - Women during pregnancy
  • - Those with chronic back and heart conditions
• When using waterslides the following are not permitted:
  • - Jewelry of any kind T-shirt and bathing suits with metal decoration
  • - Cut-off jeans
  • - Glasses
• Strict height and weight restrictions apply for our slides to maintain guest safety according to International Standards. We reserve the right to refuse slide access to any guests which might put the guest at risk due to guest's weight or height. Our staff may ask guests to confirm weight at the entry to the park or slides.
• Hawkers are not permitted in the park
• In the event of severe weather conditions, mechanical or other operational difficulties, it may become necessary to temporarily close the pools and attractions. Within this time guests are advised to seek appropriate shelter.
• All ticket packages, rates and related terms and conditions of sale and use can be changed without notice.

Any failure to agree and/or adhere to the listed Terms and Conditions of Waterbom Bali will result in refusal of entry into the park or immediate dismissal from the park.
