Retail Staff (Daily Worker)
Requirements:
- High school graduate, Diploma holder, or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and sociable presence
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Strong attention to detail (for product labeling and stock accuracy)
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Description:
- Handle customer service and ensure smooth transactions
- Responsible for overall retail shop operations
- Ensure excellent guest service, manage stock movement, and oversee the receiving and releasing of retail goods
- Maintain visually attractive and organized product displays
- Record all transactions on the shopping charge form
